Standard Beauty (SB) engaged our Creative Agency to lead a comprehensive packaging redesign of their Scrub range, aimed at enhancing brand presence and consumer appeal. The project focused on creating a fresh, modern aesthetic that embodies purity, natural ingredients, and skincare excellence, while maintaining a cohesive look across the product line.

Our team managed all aspects of the redesign, including developing new packaging concepts, logo integration, typography, colour palette, brand iconography, and label design. The updated packaging design emphasises sophistication and natural beauty, with clean lines and organic elements inspired by nature.

The goal of the redesign was to elevate the product’s positioning as a premium, trusted skincare solution that resonates with health-conscious consumers seeking effective, eco-friendly beauty products.

Concept 1

The packaging design reflects SB’s ethos of simplicity, effectiveness, and modern self-care. The bold use of pink tones, paired with clean typography, creates a distinct yet approachable aesthetic. By leaning into minimalism while adding playful touches, the design bridges clinical trust with contemporary lifestyle appeal.

The “S.” monogram logo is strong yet refined, working seamlessly across the jar lid and as a repeating graphic on stickers. It acts as a signature stamp of quality, consistency, and authenticity—anchoring the brand while keeping the packaging versatile and recognizable.

Concept 2

The design stays true to SB’s minimalist, modern identity, blending clarity, confidence, and playful freshness. By applying the same design principles as the broader range—bold typography, structured layouts, and the iconic “S.” monogram seal—the scrub feels like part of a cohesive system while maintaining its own distinct personality.

The packaging reflects balance between science and lifestyle: the clean, clinical grid structure emphasises trust and transparency, while the bold use of blue and artistic brushstroke element introduces vitality and creativity.

Concept 3

The design continues SB’s visual system, combining minimal structure with bold personality. It reinforces the master brand through the vertical “standard.” wordmark and the monogram seal while giving this product its own distinct voice.

The overall look is warm, earthy, and radiant, echoing the product’s promise of natural glow and antioxidant protection. It balances scientific clarity (through structured typography and clean information layout) with sensory indulgence (through warm colors and organic forms).

Concept 4

The “Calming Colada” design is rooted in the SB design system, ensuring consistency across the full product line while giving this SKU its own distinct, calming character. The layout—anchored by the vertical “standard.” wordmark and clean information panels—balances clarity, modernity, and trust, while playful graphic cues and fresh colors convey the product’s unique sensorial qualities.

This positioning strengthens Standard Beauty’s identity as a contemporary, effective, and lifestyle-driven skincare brand.

Concept 5

The “Polished” scrub explores a slightly more expressive and playful design direction within the range. While maintaining the brand’s recognizable structure—minimal label, bold center feature, and clean ingredient breakdown—it introduces a softer, dream-like aesthetic that reflects the product’s hydrating and rejuvenating qualities.

The use of gradient effects and the unique closed-eye symbol on the lid convey both rest and renewal, suggesting a skincare ritual that leaves the user polished, refreshed, and glowing.
