They know how to keep a bagel place what it should be – simple and scrumptious. They offer the requisite choice of bagels: plain, spelt, poppy seed and ‘everything’ (caramelised onion, garlic, caraway and poppy seeds). The hip little space also embraces New York classics like pastrami with sauerkraut and emmenthal, salt beef brisket with pickle and mustard, and of course, smoked trout with capers and pickled red onion. Definitely good way to save on paying for plane fare to New York.
