Chefs Warehouse & Canteen approaches modern dining through a refreshing lens of unpredictability. They are a genuine Cape Town favourite, with their use of fresh ingredients and with a menu that follows the shifts in the seasons. The restaurant doesn’t even take bookings, preferring to follow the mantra of street food, cooking on the spot, on the day, changing it daily.

Currently, the restaurant is offering the set Tapas for Two special. Served in three courses, the special has had a tremendous amount of positive feedback, thanks to the complex mix of flavours. The restaurant sports an open-plan kitchen and a cosy dining room with wooden tables and benches, making for a particularly awesome show if you’re a fan of cooking channels.

If you find yourself looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth after your culinary adventure, you can choose from a seductive dessert menu of chocolate bonbons and white chocolate mousse with raspberries and a crunchy cocoa sprinkling. If you’d prefer something slightly more savoury, they offer a selection of culture club cheeses served with fruit chutney. You know, just to name a few. Choose wisely.
